Malaysia Airports’ annual shopping campaign is back with a chance to win a luxury supercar.
Today’s the day. You’ve just whisked through security and the shopping terminals fall open ahead of you. In each direction, shiny shopfronts promise new-season sunglasses and last-minute swimwear. Boutique cafes reel you in with the rich aroma of Arabica beans. What if this casual pre-holiday haul could be put toward something even greater?
What is Licence to Win?
Licence to Win is Malaysia Airports’ annual shopping campaign that enters shoppers into a once-in-a-lifetime prize pool. This year’s campaign, themed “Own the Dream”, is open from now to December 31, 2025.
How does it work?
Licence to Win transforms the airport retail space into a rewarding lifestyle destination by giving shoppers the chance to win a range of incredible prizes, brought to you by airport partners Traveloka – Southeast Asia’s top travel platform; and Eraman – Malaysia’s leading duty-free retailer.
What can I win?
Alongside a range of T raveloka and Eraman vouchers, Licence to Win also enters you with a chance to win a BMW R 1300 GS motorbike or, the ultimate prize, a Porsche 911 Carrera.
These incredible rewards join the hall of fame of previous prizes, like last year’s RM1 million-shopping spree in vouchers. This contest contributed over RM200 million in total receipts and gained 300,000 entries from all over the world. This year’s contest should prove to be even more aspirational.
How do I enter?
Between July 21 and December 31, you must spend a minimum of RM100 in a single receipt or two same-day receipts at any retail, F&B or services* outlet at participating airports, including:
- KLIA Terminal 1 & Terminal 2
- Penang International Airport
- Kota Kinabalu International Airport
- Langkawi International Airport
- Kuching International Airport
Purchases at Eraman or as a Traveloka user double the number of entries increasing your chances of winning.
You can submit your entries online through the campaign’s official website, via digital kiosks or using manual contest forms.
*The following services are excluded: Bureau de Change (BDC) transactions, reloads or top-ups, gift cards, bill payments, telco services, portable wifi rental, car rental or parking services, luggage storage, porter services, and access to resting zones such as massage chairs.
Why should I enter?
If you’re going on vacation, chances are you’re going to stop off for a snack at the airport or pick up some last-minute essentials. All you have to do is enjoy your duty-free shopping as usual, and you could be in with a chance of winning a life-changing prize.
Even if you’re not travelling, the contest is open to all shoppers, so you can easily stop by and get entered.
Says senior general manager for commercial services, Malaysia Airports, Hani Ezra Hussin, “Our goal is to create experiences that go beyond routine. We are making this campaign more engaging, more inclusive and more rewarding for every traveller, across every airport. Our Commercial Reset strategy is about more thanjust revitalising KLIA; it’s about raising the bar across our entire network. That is why Licence to Win is a cornerstone of our efforts to connect with travellers and shoppers, aligning perfectly with our reset strategy. It reflects how we’re reshaping the airport retail experience, making every transaction a touchpoint, and every moment an opportunity to connect.”
The contest winner will be announced in February 2026. Make sure you enter before December 31 to be in with a chance of winning.
