Award-winning Cantonese restaurant Li Yen at The Ritz Carlton, Kuala Lumpur has put together a special Lunar New Year feast, featuring exclusive set menus alongside a seasonal selection of delicate Dimsum, ideal for gatherings with family and loved ones. First, Prosperity Yee Sang, which comes with an option for salmon, tuna or abalone, followed by a selection of three menus for lunch, with dishes such as Steamed Oyster with Sea Moss, Double-Boiled Chicken Soup with Abalone and Mushroom, Chicken Simmered in Bouillon, Roasted Duck and Stir-Fried Prawns with Haw Sauce.
