Gourmet and Music Festival to take place across three days
The Sanya EDITION, Asia’s first luxury resort from EDITION Hotels, is set to launch an exclusive Michelin Gourmet and Music Festival in collaboration with ZANADU, China’s top online travel agent. Running from April 29 to May 1, 2017, five renowned Michelin-starred chefs from around the world will take up residence at The Sanya EDITION to present a star-studded culinary feast.
With five chefs representing a collective six Michelin stars and exclusive gourmet events spanning three days and two nights, the Michelin Gourmet and Music Festival will be a gastronomic celebration that is not-to-be-missed.
During the Michelin Gourmet and Music Festival, all five Michelin chefs will present an exquisite international feast for two evenings in a row. The debut night will feature a Michelin Garden Party, where dinner will be served under the stars on an outdoor lawn. On the second night, guests may choose to dine at one of the hotel’s four elegant restaurants, each serving an exclusive three- or five-course tasting menu by the chefs.
To add to the festivities, the dinner party will also feature live performances by popular musical acts, following a different celebration theme each night. The first night will be a White Party, where guests will be seduced by smooth easy tunes as well as a free-flow supply of selected drinks and house spirits. The second night will be a Gatsby Party inspired by the namesake movie, featuring music and dazzling special touches that capture the opulence and classic elegance of the Jazz Age.
To make it a holiday to remember at the Michelin Gourmet and Music Festival by The Sanya EDITION and ZANADU, young families attending the event are invited to bring their children to the Playland at Edition, where your little ones can keep themselves occupied with a wide range of exciting activities designed especially for kids. The hotel also has a Little Chef program for budding young foodies to get creative in the kitchen, which just might set them on their own journey towards Michelin stardom.
