Maxis is first in Malaysia to launch Chromecast and two other unique mobile solutions
Maxis recently launched Chromecast, a device that enables users to cast entertainment from smartphones, tablets and PC to televisions or projection devices. Maxis is also the first to market Chromecast in Malaysia while MaxisONE plan customers can buy the device for only RM150 as compared to the normal retail price at RM170.
Alongside Chromecast, Maxis also announced #MusicNow and the MaxisONE plan, culminating into a trifecta that celebrates mobile connectivity. As such, with #MusicNow, Maxis customers with 1GB of Maxis or Hotlink Mobile Internet plans will receive free access to Spotify Premium until 31 July 2015. Conversely, MaxisONE Plan enables subscribers to enjoy free and limitless voice calls and SMS to mobile and fixed lines, as well as utilise Data for Sharing, a feature that lets subscribers share the MaxisONE Plan's data with anyone.
