The world’s highest barbeque brunch is set to take place during the 2017 Singapore Grand Prix
As part of the 1-Group’s License to Brunch—a series of 10 uniquely curated brunch sessions held across iconic dining venues including Stellar at 1-Altitude, Monti, The Garage, UNA, and The Summerhouse; in conjunction with the 2017 Singapore Grand Prix—Stellar at 1-Altitude will be revving up the festivities with The World’s Highest Barbecue Brunch held across two levels on the weekend of 16 & 17 September 2017.
The perfect pit stop sits 282 metres above the Marina Bay Street Circuit, with an outdoor barbecue cookout held at 1-Altitude Gallery & Bar, featuring a whole Mayura Wagyu quarter slowly roasted over the coals to beefy perfection, Tajima Wagyu sausages and sliders, prawn skewers, and miso salmon—all accompanied by tipples and tunes from a resident live band and DJ.
The entire affair is complemented with a delectable brunch buffet within the comforts of Stellar at 1-Altitude’s dining hall—laid out by executive chef Christopher Millar and his award-winning team—where race punters can fuel up over a scrumptious spread of coastal-fresh seafood, hearty brunch classics, decadent charcuterie, toothsome treats and plenty more.
License to Brunch: The World’s Highest Barbecue Brunch takes place Saturday and Sunday, 16 & 17 September 2017 from 12pm to 3pm at Stellar at 1-Altitude, Level 62, 1 Raffles Place, Singapore.
