Hotel chain expands footprint in Cambodia with Fairfield property
Marriott International has announced the signing of Fairfield by Marriott Phnom Penh. Scheduled to open in 2021, the hotel marks the first Fairfield by Marriott hotel in Cambodia. Owned by Royal Field Development Company Limited, Fairfield by Marriott Phnom Penh will be situated on a prime section of Russian Boulevard within the administrative center of the city, with seamless access to corporate, diplomatic and tourist destinations in the capital; the site is a 20-minute drive from the airport.
Part of an extensive mixed-use development that will encompass office and retail space, Fairfield by Marriott Phnom Penh will offer 300 comfortable guestrooms with modern amenities such as signature bedding, a flat screen LED TV, and free Wi-Fi, providing flexibility for guests to recharge for a fresh start.
