Beachfront resort Soori Bali, designed and owned by renowned architect Soo K. Chan, has been relaunched as the ultimate well-being destination. Set between a volcanic sand beach and terraced rice fields, the resort’s 48 private pool villas and residences meld soothing natural surroundings with contemporary Balinese design elements. As part of the relaunch, the resort introduces a new Indonesian restaurant, moored in a traditional wooden Balinese house amid the rice fields.
