The LINK – All Day Dining culinary team had specially planned a floral-themed buffet menu, which includes a selection of roasted vegetables salad with edible flowers, rozzele cheese cake, rosemary pound cake with icing, marigold chocolate with orange and more. Cake Decoration Demo
Award-winning pastry chef Fachroedin Abdul Rahman will make an appearance for a special Cake Decoration Demo. Chef Fachroedin's awards were derived from notable parties that include the Best Chocolate Cake Competition, Excellent in Hospitality Personality Pastry Chef (Asian), Diploma Award for Petit Four and Pralines, and the Annual Malaysian International Gourmet Festival.
