Graze, Hilton Kuala Lumpur is taking brunch to new and affordable heights
Historians trace the concept of brunch back to Great Britain sometime in the 19th century. But it was only truly popularised in the United States in the mid-30s. A combination of breakfast and lunch, the word is a portmanteau of both mealtimes and is normally consumed in the late morning and early afternoon.
Brunch is immensely popular on weekends, even more so now in the Klang Valley as numerous eateries have sprouted up to offer diners this casual laid-back dining option.
