The Hilton Kuala Lumpur’s Vasco’s hosts all you can eat meat extravaganza
Meat lovers in Kuala Lumpur should make a beeline for Vasco’s this weekend. The popular outlet at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur is hosting an exclusive weekend of celebrating scrumptious roasts. Taking centre stage for lunch and dinner, Get Roasted @ Vasco’s buffet is set to tantalize your taste buds.
The buffet, which will be held from 2-3 September is priced at RM 188 nett for lunch and RM 218 nett for dinner.
Carnivorous diners can look forward to a lunch tailor made by Executive chef Michael Donlevy set with massive ribeye on the bone, a whole roasted rump, chicken en croute. For dinner, Hilton’s TV personality executive chef from Chynna – Chef Lam Hock Hin, will be showcasing his signature, Chinese roasted duck and Chinese style Quail dishes along with Donlevy’s signature Roast Lamb.
Additionally both lunch and dinner come with a full international and Asian buffet including the seafood on ice which Vasco’s has gained international exposure for.
The team of Michael and Lam have worked side by side garnering their years of culinary experience through Michelin starred restaurants in Paris to the borders of Shanghai to bring you the infusion of East “Meats” West all you can eat dining experience.
The Get Roasted @ Vasco’s is a distinct event planned to showcase the best cuts of meat, in different margination, roasted to perfection with an array of sides and condiments. The buffet will also feature live cooking stations to allow guests to enjoy the theatre of the cooking, freshness and the great mix of cuisines on offer.
